Central Townhouses underway

A major milestone has been reached with construction of the Central Townhouses now underway!

Designed by leading sustainable firm Breathe The Village includes 31 townhouses thoughtfully arranged across four distinct blocks — North, Central, South, and East.

The first stage of construction is focused on the Central Homes with slabs poured and framing in progress.

The Central Homes build is being delivered by Langdon Living - a regional builder known for sustainable townhouse projects including The Paddock in Castlemaine.

Located within the new Middleton Field neighbourhood, The Village is designed to blend naturally into its surroundings and reflect Daylesford’s rich character and history.

Celebrated for its strong environmental focus, The Village was awarded the inaugural REA Group Award for Excellence in Sustainability. The all-electric homes feature sustainable design, responsibly sourced materials, and a smaller footprint—supporting carbon-neutral living.
