INTRODUCING THE VILLAGE

A collection of 31 sophisticated townhouses designed by leading sustainable architect Breathe with stylised landscaping by Acre. Located in the Daylesford township, homes have been designed to blend into the surrounding environment. To enable carbon-neutral living, The Village will be all electric (no gas) with homes incorporating environmentally conscious design and sustainably sourced materials.

OUR VISION
Rather than conventional houses with a garden, The Village was borne out of a vision to create homes enabling human connection in a biodiverse landscape setting.
Inspired in form and materiality by the layered fabric of Daylesford’s unique history and culture, The Village comprises just 31 townhouses arranged in four distinct locational blocks. While varying in size and form, all homes at The Village include environmentally conscious design and beautiful, considered detailing.
Central to the overarching vision, three core principles of Lifestyle, Sustainability and Design evolved to represent the foundation to future life at The Village – as the place in Daylesford for people looking to live sustainably without compromise.
