To enable carbon-neutral living, The Village will be all electric (no gas) with homes incorporating environmentally conscious design and sustainably sourced materials.

OUR VISION
Rather than conventional houses with a garden, The Village was borne out of a vision to create homes enabling human connection in a biodiverse landscape setting.
Inspired in form and materiality by the layered fabric of Daylesford’s unique history and culture, The Village comprises just 31 townhouses arranged in four distinct locational blocks. While varying in size and form, all homes at The Village include environmentally conscious design and beautiful, considered detailing.
